THIS IS DEPEND ON YOUR RAM AND PROCESSOR !!
STEP 1.DOWNLOAD THIS FIRST CLICK HERE

STEP 2:Yoy need winrar go google search it and dowload it

Step 3: you need to extract the folder to your destop

step 4 now open up magic iv and press validate files
then press apply patch!

step 5:go to your gta iv folder and put the commanline text there

ohh yeh and also open commandline and look for availablevidmem and change the 0.6 to 0.9

step 6: go to your gta iv folder and go to common/ data/

and drag the visualsettings.dat there

step 7: stay in that folder and look for the fragment folder
drag the fragment.xml to the fragment folder

step 8: put the gta 4 downgrater in the gta iv folder
and run it. it will say to restart comp but dont

step 9: if you have xp just go ahead and run the v1.2final.exe it is a modded driver.

step 10: run game on swvp mode

if you have vista or 7 right click on v1.2final.exe and
click troubleshoot copability. then click troubleshoot program. then check the fist 1 and click next. then it will give you options and click on windows xp service pack 2
click next then click start the program.
it should start!! then restart when the driver is done and play gta iv happily!!
